FAQ

Q: Can I  succeed in a home-based business even if I am not a sales person?

A: When most people think of selling they have an image of some slimy sleezy car salesman. This is not professional salesmanship, this is called pressure selling . Understand that proper salesmanship is really just communicating in a way that your "qualified" prospect totally understands everything. So yes, you can succeed in a home-based business if you're not a sales person. In fact non-sales types actually have more success then salesman because they don't come with of those manipulating sales techniques.

Q:  My biggest fear is what my friends and family will think of me. Do I have to recruit them or get them to buy something in order to succeed?

A: I love this question. 60 years ago this was pretty much the norm in the home-based business industry. Even today the practice is still taught, "make a names list of people you know and then go approach them about your products or service". The answer is no, you don't. There are 100's of people out there searching for a legitamite way to creating income from home and looking for solutions to their problems. Our job is to locate those people and help them.

When you learn the proper methods of marketing, promoting and advertising you don't need to approach your family or friends. In fact, when this business is done the right way, people will come to you looking for what you have to offer.

Q: Aren't these home-based business pyramid schemes?

A: The good'ol pyramid scheme question. Yes, there are pyramid and ponzi schemes out there and there are some good home-based businesses as well. People quite often get caught up in the structure of a home-based business but every company in the world has the same structured tier. Problem is, most people are on the bottom and have no way to get up to the top. Keep in mind the home-based-business is a true equal opportunity employeer. It rewards those who work and weeds out the lazy. So no, this is not a pyramid scheme.

Q: Why do I have to spend money to get involved? What are the benefits?

A:  Most people think that when presented with a home-based business opportunity  they are getting a job. It is not a job. It is a business opportunity

You are linking up with a company who will provide you with products to market and  tools to help you do this. They have lawyers in place to make sure things run as smoothly as possible for you so that all you have to do is focus on buidling your business. They have a payroll department that cuts all the checks for you and they provide all the shipping and handling of  your customers orders so that you don't have to stock anything. If you were to pay for all these services yourself, it would probably cost you somewhere in the neighborhood of a few $100,000 dollars..

Remeber this is an opportunity model,  not the broken financial- limiting- stressed out- job model.

Q: How much money do I have to spend to get involved and make income in a home-based business?

A: Most companies will offer you three or four different ways to get involved with them. Our only advice to you is do only what works for you AND your belief level. If you feel there is value for YOU at a higher level then enter there. If a lower level then enter there. The ranges can go from $99 to $500 and up. The most important way to make this decision should be what marketing and advertising system you will use to create income. Some people get envoloved at the highest level, only to find out they don't have any money left to market or promote. Before you sign the dotted line with any company or sponsor, find out what system they are using and make sure it fits up with your budget.

Q: Can I earn money fairly quickly?

A: A few years ago it would have taken most people a year or two to make substantial income in a home-based business but today people are breaking records for producing income in their first 30 days. To make money fairly quickly in the home-based business industry it comes down to one thing...the system you are using.  If you have a good marketing system then you can turn a profit in 30 days or less and make great money in 90 days or less. Once again be smart. Look very closley at the compensation structure and see if it has the ability to reward you for all the work you will do in the beginning, i.e., fast start bonuses or retail sales.
Q: I know people who have tried direct marketing or network marketing before and failed miserably. How do I know this won't happen to me?

A: Look it's ok to be fearful, nobody wants to fail and look bad among their peers. You won't fail because you are at this site educating yourself first. Most people run into this business without getting the knowledge of "how-to" first. They were talked or sold into the opportunity and quite honestly, totally unqualified in the first place. The only way this won't happen to you, is if you sign up with the right company, team and system.

Q: I don't belong to a company but I am interested in finding a good one. Can you advise me?

A: Yes, please review our partnered company tab
